REFUND POLICY

J. Michael will process a return for exchange or store credit only. 

 

Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and returned to the store within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the original sales receipt.

 

Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, personal care products, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

Beauty and Grooming products must be in original condition with the seal intact, the product unused and unopened, and returned within 5 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only with the original sales receipt. 

Faulty products may be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the original sales receipt.

 

No refunds allowed.
